Anyone have tips on what I can do in my 2 remaining months to get my arms in shape? I have been doing weight watchers and so far have lost 6.4 pounds in 2 weeks (yay) so if I keep it up I should be down a good amount in the next 2 months. But I know I really really need to focus on my arms! I do not like my arms (who really does right) so what can I do in 2 months to make them better? What types of exercises will work for those "flags" haha
