Any tips on how I can curb my sugar and salt intakes? My sweet tooth is starting to get the better of me (I woke up this morning and my breakfast was literally the icing off a cake in my kitchen). My salty tooth isn't much better but I can't help it! Any way I can try and start resisting these urges? Like I said, I'm not interested in losing weight; in fact, I'm at the perfect weight for my height and age. But I want to start resisting before I find myself facing serious health problems. Thanks!
