China and flatware rentals

I would like help locating places that have good deals on china and flatware for rent. My vendor has it, however it is $1 per person and flatware is like .25, this may be a good rate, but wanted to know if there is another place I can rent the china from.  Or if there is a place that has nice plasticware!
