What to do with all this spinach?

I went to the store today and the spinach was buy one get one free. I was already planning on getting some, but now I have spinach coming out of my ears! I have not clue how to use it except for in a salad. Any other recommendations?

Just eat it cooked and plain as a side dish. I am so glad my mom forced me to eat my spinach because I love it. I know you wanted some other meals other than salads, but here are some salad recipes and a few other random spinach recipes. Yum!

Well it does cook down a lot so it might look like more than it really is, know what I mean? Besides just cooking it with olive oil, garlic, and lemon I put it in omelettes, pasta sauce (yummy!), salads, add it to other cooked veggies in tortillas and wraps, you could add it to dips, stuff it in mushrooms, chicken breasts, or any meat (my mom would add it to meatloaf), or use it instead of lettuce in a sandwich. That's all I can think of right now- lol.

I slip it into my boyfriends smoothies! He doesnt eat anything green and he doesnt even notice!

I really like it in sandwiches, sauces,  and pizza.  Those and in smoothies (I agree on this one), I have a hard time thinking of uses as well.

I like it in omlettes with some mushrooms and taragon.  Yum!

I pretty much add it to anything you could use other veggies for. I add it to omelettes, burritos, pasta dishes (scampi, marinara, etc.), sandwiches, salads, lasagna.

Amen to that. I love heaping about 3 handfuls of spinach into each smoothie I make. It gives it a funny color, but it tastes like the other stuff you put in. Soooo good for your skin too.

I like to sautee it with crushed tomatos and spciy turkey sausage, with a little evoo. It is delicious.

You could throw it into pasta dishes.

Strawberry spinach salads are very good, and great for the summer.

I love potato and spinahc enchiladas.

It's also great sauteed with raisins, olive oil and garlic.

Put it in a wrap with some kalamata olives or tomatoes, eggs and low fat feta for breakfast.

I eat a spinach salad every day, just throw some nuts and berries into it! And last night I made  stuffed chicken breasts with chopped spinach, garlic, fire roasted peppers and italian cheeses! Seriously the best chicken ever!!! ( first I marinaded the chicken in olive oil, basil and italian seasoning.)  My fiance and I buy huge 3 lb. bags of spinach every week
