Morning everyone! I pulled an all-nighter Monday night for school, and then ended up at the ER last night (I have some pretty severe food allergies), so I'm feeling like a zombie today. Taking the day off from classes, but not from work this evening...
B: Golden Grahams, milk.
S: Apple.
L: Lean Cuisine, baby carrots.
S: Grapes.

Yogurt, chicken soup.
Dessert: Ice cream sandwich.
E: Trying to decide... being back on the exercise wagon feels so good, but exercise worsens allergic reactions (in my particular case), so if there is still some histamine hanging out in my bloodstream, I don't want to piss it off. I may just do a lot of walking today.
