I lost weight in January and then strangely found it again. So I, in my infinite wisdom decided that I work better under pressure so I would wait until a month before the wedding because you can in a healthy fashion lose 5 lbs in 4 weeks.
SO here I am 34 days until my wedding and in need of losing 5 lbs so that my dress fits perfectly. I have been working out on the elliptical 1-2 times a week for 35 minutes and then this week I started lifting weights again so I can tone up.
The hardest thing is that I know how to lose weight: eat healthy foods in reasonable portions, work out and lift weights. SO WHY IS IT SO HARD!
Any words of wisdom would be great.
