  • Late here, but I'll post anyway . . .

    B: whole wheat/flax/oat toast
    L/D: leftover steak from yesterday's grillfest, zucchini/onion/mushroom, pasta salad

    E: 25 miles on the road bike; mostly uphill.  After 15 miles yesterday of even more uphill - I can barely go upstairs.  Tomorrow is upper body only.
