A Scoop?

Okay - so I got my BSN Lean protein and it says "heaping scoop" but it includes no scoop (pr an equivilant like tablespoon). so what is a heaping scoop??? I just want to accurately know how much I am using.

There should be a scoop in the container.

On my proteiin powder, in the nutritional info, it says that a scoop is 30g, so sometimes I use my scale, but usually just the scoop.

Maybe the scoop is buried in the container.  Could you try dumping it into another container to see?

I was hoping it would have grams but it doesnt. I can see through the container and I looked and shook it around to try and see/feel/or hear it. I will try another container.

Yup, there's a good chance that the scoop is just buried.

Of the last 4 containers of protein powder I've bought, only 1 didn't have a scoop!
