Getting in Shape

Hey!  I haven't been on here in a while.  Since you like weight lifting, I thought I'd share this with you... if you ever get bored with your routine, look into TRX Suspension Bands to work out with.  Its a body weight workout, but the range of motion is much wider and instead of working out one muscle group, you end up using your whole body through each exercise.

My husband and I started using them last week, 2x a week in addition to cardio and regular weights, and I really really like it.  It's definitely different and I feel soreness in muscles I haven't been using during regular workouts.
