Just starting back on the working out and during (and after) my work out I had a splitting headache. It was more towards the end and it was most noticible when there were level changes (standing to floor work).
I've noticed this with other workouts, too, so it's not the first time it's happened...I don't know if I'm pushing myself too hard or if I'm just overheated.
I wear cool clothings, shorts or lightweight yoga pants and a tank or tshirt and the house is at a comfortable temp.
Anyone else experience this or similar?
On a happy note, I made it through my first day, so I'm happy for that.
