Thursday Accountability

Yay Thursday!  We got a lot done in the bathroom last night.  Priming the walls made a HUGE difference.  I can't wait to get the actually paint up. 

B: Chocolate PB Banana shake, coffee w/ skim milk
S: apple and almonds
L: mixed field greens w/ chicken, green onion, cucumber and honey dijon dressing
S: apple, homemade hummus w/ bell pepper
D: eggs, english muffin, peameal bacon, in some combination

E: NROL4W Stage 4B Workout 4, last workout of Stage 4!  And then walking home from the gym, ~ 2.5k
Post Workout: Protein powder mixed w/ water.

  • Raynes - Congrats on the bathroom work! I love things like that. My fiance and I were just talking last night about needing to paint our stairway, its the only thing we haven't done. Now i need to research good colors for a stairway =)

    d-no idea, FI is planning it

    e-hopefully 60 minutes on the elliptical.

  • Ok, I'm getting back into this. I was just not feeling it for a while then went out of town for a business trip.

  • Finally out of the woods! I no longer feel like I have the flu - yay! Still have little energy and working out was ridiculous this afternoon (35 minutes on the elliptical and I feel like I ran to california) but good to finally start getting back to everything.

    B - oatmeal with raisins, dates, and walnuts
    S - banana
    L - multigrain cheerioes in almond milk
    S - clementines
    D - plain ham steak with grilled corn on the cob in a salad or possibly with some mashed potatoes

    E - 35 minutes on elliptical from hell

  • today is my last day at my job, and tomorrow i leave for 5 days of vacation in FL!  it's a good day :)

    b - kashi cereal, skim
    s - small DD iced coffee w/ skim
    l - chicken&cheese sub from the place around the corner (it's my last day, i had to...)
    s - apple, string cheese
    d - tbd.  probably whole wheat pasta and corn and asparagus
    s - ice cream?  maybe.
