I started 30 day shred. I feel the burn in my legs, arms, and abs when I do it, but when i am done i only feel like i got a good workout in my legs.
Have any of you knotties had the same feeling and still got ab results? I'm just worried that it's going to tone my legs and make me loose weight but im going to have a fatty stomach.
Should I maybe ad in an extra 3 or 4 reps of ab workouts when i am done? What else have you done with the Shred?
