30 Day Shred...ab results?

I started 30 day shred. I feel the burn in my legs, arms, and abs when I do it, but when i am done i only feel like i got a good workout in my legs. 

Have any of you knotties had the same feeling and still got ab results? I'm just worried that it's going to tone my legs and make me loose weight but im going to have a fatty stomach.

Should I maybe ad in an extra 3 or 4 reps of ab workouts when i am done? What else have you done with the Shred?

    Cardio and clean eating are the only things that will get your stomach flatter.  I've been working out hardcore for 4 years.  First two years I did a lot of weightlifting and very minimal cardio, with barely any change to my waist size.  When I added running and muay thai kickboxing and cutting back on the weights did I really see a difference.  I immediately lost 4 inches around my waist 3 months after I rebalanced my workout routines.  
  • JM doesn't really show you all that well on how to properly do her ab workouts. Make sure you are engaging your abs, breathing, and not using your neck. It took me a long time to focus the workout on just my abs. If you don't feel a burn during the bicycle crunches I would say you haven't quite engaged the abs. As PP said, overall weight loss helps with a flatter stomach. Also, posture affects how you use your abs throughout the day. And the first time I did the 30ds I lost several inches on my waist and hips. Eat right, do some additional cardio, and if you have the energy, but all means do some extra reps!
