Getting in Shape

help; belly pooch!

I am extremely having trouble losing my belly pooch. I have a daughter which is already 5 years old, and my skin is still loose with slight stretch mark indents especially in the center. I actually want to gain at least 5 more pounds to reach 115 lbs. I need the weight in the right places but it seems to all go into my pooch and not elsewhere. I work out and try to build muscle but its just my center tummy. Any suggestions, workouts, foods, ideas?

  • Planks and incline sit ups, you need to do a lot of core work to tighten that up. Yoga and strength training are good too. Running also is good.
  • you might want to look into some healthy smoothies that can help in that area.
    Do a google search or check out womens'health website.
  • CLA.

    conjugated linoleic acid helps with middle fat. I've lost several inches with out losing weight with CLA.
