So I started the insanity series on Monday. So I've been through 3 days thus far. I just wanted to get a gauge from your experiences.
I'm definitely sore, especially my legs. I feel like my stomach is more poochy than normal though. What the heck!? Did anyone else have this issue? Maybe from actually using my core instead of being inactive with it? I'm just a little disappointed.
During the routines, I have to stop for about 20 seconds a couple of times. It's discouraging that I can't keep up especially with the upper body exercises.
How did you do? And how far have you gotten through the program??
