Hi guys!
This is only my second post, so I'm fairly new to this.

I'm going shopping for my dress this weekend (Yay! And pretty nervous!), and I did NOT do well on the temptation lunch challenge. I had soup in the fridge (which is delicious and nutritious!), but no - I went to the deli and got a grilled cheese with fries. And mayo. Aye yi yi.
I'e lost 4 pounds in the last month or so (I'm 5 feet even), but this so did not help. How do you guys get around that lunch craving when the greasy goodness is just a few steps away!?
