Tips for sleeping well?

Good morning, ladies.

I probably slept for maybe 4 hours. I just could not sleep. I woke up a million different times. At first, my mind was racing with a million different things, and it's also getting warm here so we left the window open for fresh air to flow through because we're trying to save money by not using the AC just yet. (It is only March, after all!)

I'm wondering what natural remedies I can use/do to help myself sleep better. It just seems that I've got so much on my mind lately, I can't sleep. I don't feel stressed or anything, but I guess I am. :/
