  • Morning ladies! I'm in San Francisco for work, so I have no idea what my day will bring food wise (probably not that great).

    I just want to say WELCOME BACK to Kim Smile so happy when I saw you posted yesterday!

  • Morning!  I'm down 0.2 lbs this week.  I'm trying to not be frustrated with that since I know that weight lifting is a) going to slow down the change on the scale but b) speed up the loss of actual fat.  But dang it, I like when the scale acknowledges my hard work!

    B: coffee protein shake (6)
    S: raspberries
    L: giant Greek salad (8)
    S: strawberries
    D:  TBD.  I'm babysitting my niece and nephew (yay!), so my brother is going to pick somethign up for us to eat.  Thankfully his family generally eats pretty healthy so I'm not too worried.

    Katie: don't discouraged, the weight will come off when you don't think about it... try to keep your body calm. Studies show that you won't lose weight or get anything out of a workout if we're stressed. . . . i know... easier said then done!!  hahha
