I have discovered working out can be a lot of fun with family, friends, or alone. Invest in a XBOX360 and Kinect. I got Zumba and Dance Central for XBOX360 and I love it. You will be dancing, exercising, laughing and burning calories all at the same time. Before you know you have worked out and looking amazing for your big day!
The weight comes off so easy because it is so much fun. This exercise is not a trip to the gym in front of strangers, that was my main concern as a plus size bride to be. Just be conscious of your eating habits and get in shape and have fun doing it! I can't wait to get home to work out with the kids and my fiance.
