My co-worker has the Insanity workout DVD set, and he is going to loan it to me. I think FI is going to try it too.
Has anyone done it? My co-worker is a guy, and I have heard that Insanity is easier for men (not to be sexist, it's just what I have heard...) One of my female co-workers tried it, but she quit after the first few days becuase it was too hard. I'm a bit intimidated! I 'd love to hear from someone who has done it before...
