Does anyone have any healthy slow cooker recipes? I just started my new job and I'm noticing my end time is more of a suggestion, this is fine but makes it difficult to plan dinner. I am trying to find slow cooker recipes that are healthy because I can throw them in the crock pot in the morning and weither I'm home at 5 or 7, there will be a hot meal ready. Unfortunately, a lot of the meals I see are very unhealthy, so any healthy suggestions?
