So, I woke up this morning and my throat feels so much better! I have my voice back and can swallow readily. Thank you for all your suggestions, I ended up making smoothies that were more heavily greek yogurt than fruit, and thinned them down with nonfat milk so I could swallow them. Several of those and lots of popsicles and I was able to almost keep up with my calorie goal the past two days. I'll end up having another smoothie for breakfast, but am really looking forward to solid food for dinner tonight! I'm thinking a little pasta and asparagus will suit the occasion perfectly! *happy dance*
