B - Fried Egg, Cheese, and Bacon on Whole Wheat English Muffin; Coffee
S - Pear, String Cheese
L - Roasted Turkey Lean Cuisine
S - Grape Tomatoes, Homemade Peanut Butter Cookies
D - Scallops over Veggie "Fried" Rice (I just saute the rice in a pan with a fried egg)
