I've posted a few replies here and there before, but I am going to start becoming more of a regular here. Not only do I need some motivation and accountability, but I like to think I am a pretty good motivator as well.
I just started my diet Monday. I keep calling it a diet, but the girl who told me about it actually calls it a "lifestyle change". I eat smaller portions, but eat 5 times a day. It's called the Trim Body System or Nutrilite- I've heard it called both. The system basically relies on the supplements you take and the meal plan. I like the meal plan because it's just easier when someone is telling me what to eat rather than- just eat 1500 calories a day. For some reason, that doesn't work for me.
That's the plan for now. I did this diet 3 years ago and lost 16 pounds in 2 months and was able to keep it off for about a year even though I changed my eating and workout habits. It's healthy too- I get servings of protein, starches/grains, dairy, vegetable, and fruit daily. I'm excited to hopefully start seeing some progress soon.
