Okay so I had posted this question at the bottom/hijacked someone's protein powder reccomendation thread a few days ago but hadn't gotten any responses so I'm making my own post!
"can someone give me a crash course in protein powder as a mechanism for losing weight?
I'm kinda clueless as how/when/how much to use as a part of a workout regimen/eating healthy plan for weight loss. My FI uses it after workouts to gain weight but that's all I know about it.
I am doing about 4 hours a week of cardio and 2-3 of weight lifting, so would I just use it after weight lifting to build muscle or can you use it as meal replacement?
