Tuesday Accountability

It's raining here today.  Boo.

B: Chocolate PB Banana shake, coffee w/ skim milk
S: apple and string cheese
L: spring mix w/ grilled chicken, green onion and red peppers
S: TBD
D: either grilled chicken and asparagus, or eggs and english muffins

E: Big Bike!  We're doing a thing for the Heart and Stroke Foundation today with work that has 30 people riding a giant bike.  Not really a "workout" but fun.
Depending on how my legs are feeling, and when I get home, I may also do Stage 5B Workout 1 of NROL4W

  • I fell off the wagon last week and have not posted on the accountability threads in a while! But I'm back...

    B: Coffee w/skim milk, 2 slices whole wheat toast with natural PB, blueberries
    S: Banana
    L: Leftovers: Roasted vegetable shrimp and grits. I'm probably going to need something else ... hopefully the salad in the fridge is still good
    S: Greek yogurt
    D: Steak, asparagus and orzo w/parm cheese

    E: W1D2 of hundred pushup challenge, crunches
  • Feeling under the weather today so things may change based on how i am doing.

    B- Breakfast steak sandwich (370 cals)
    S- strawberries
    L- Salad w/cucumbers, onions, broccoli, tomatoes, low fat cheese and light balsamic vinegar (and maybe a dash of bacon bits)
    S- TBD
    D- Small loaded baked potato (with broccoli, low fat sour cream/chive dip)

    Dessert- maybe a skinny cow low fat ice cream (140 cals)

    Exercise - 45 minutes Spinning

  • Good morning! So my seamstress called me this morning to tell me that she saw my dress on 'say yes to the dress' this past weekend (it was a dress that the girl ended up choosing :)  ) so I thought that was kinda fun! :)

    B: Coffee w/ light soy, fiber one with light soy
    S: Greek yogurt with slivered almonds
    L: turkey sand. one bagel thing w/ light laughing cow, banana, few chips with homemade salsa
    S: Fudge protein shake with strawberries
    S: Recovery Drink (teaching BodyAttack right over dinner time)
    D: Leftover steak w/ brussel sprouts

    E: BodyAttack....possibly something else...

    My oven "fried" chicken fingers were delicious last night, that new recipe is definitely a keeper.

    I Like this thread it helps keep me on track :)

    B-plain hard roll
    L pork chop with homemade stuffing(just a tad bit of it)
    D- Grilled Chicken and veggies

    since im having stuffing for lunch im cutting out my snacks to save some calories.

    Raynes that sounds like a LOT of fun.  Have a great time;)

    B - scrambled egg, ww english muffin and 2 p turkey bacon
    S - tea & cantaloupe
    L - I have a meeting...so um...we'll see what's there!
    D - TBD - Probably bbq'd chicken and a salad or something along those lines.

    E - 20 mins cardio, then arms/back/abs/weights and some squats.  I still can't do 100...it hurts my life.  But 50 is okay! lol

  • Had a very successful day yesterday, burned over 2800 calories and had a PR for my average mile pace during my run.

    B: Bagel, cheese, 1 slice center cut bacon
    S: Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup fiber one

    D: tbd, not sure yet.

    E: Rest night, may take the dog for another walk when it cools down enough for him. It has been 105 lately when I get home yuck.

  • I have to figure out my alarm situation. Sleeping in two days in a row is not good! I must have it set to PM. I hope that's the case. I would hate for it to be broken.
