    I'm heading into the weekend with a positive attitude, and I'm really going to keep focused on my minigoal to get below 200.

    B - coffee (0), lite english muffin with canadian bacon and rf cheese (2)
    S - spinach artichoke dip (1) on pretzels (2)
    L - Smart Ones spaghetti (5), ice cream sandwich (2)
    S - carrot sticks with ff italian dressing (0), string cheese (1)
    D - leftover stuffed pepper (7)

    E - Two walks with my two dogs (I take them one at a time)

  • Good morning! Nice job with the interview. That must be a sigh of relief to have it over!

    We got invites done yesterday, and I have my bridal shower this weekend. These next two months are going to fly. I hope I can stay on track!

    D: TBD. Fiance's family is coming to town, and so is my sister. Not sure where we'll end up for dinner.

  • Good morning!  Happy Friday! Hoping I can keep my good eating up throughout the weekend.  Tonight might be difficult though since FI and I are having dinner before a concert.

  • Really have to start planning out some meals.... getting tired of the same old stuff.  Glad I've been checking out this board- its giving me some new ideas.  Will have to go to the grocery store later.... in the mean time:

  • Another day that requires pre-planning.  Sushi w/ parents tonight.  Sushi isn't too bad, I"ll have to skip any fried or any yummy rolls.  Def wont weigh myself tomorrow.  Soy sauce=bloat/water retention.
