Getting in Shape

I need Help!!!

I love the shape of my body but my problem area is my stomach.  How do I tone and flatten my belly without losing the weight elswhere?  Also, at my first fitting, I saw that I had alot of "back fat" at the shoulder part.  How do I get rid of that?  Nothing seems to be working.

  • If you can get the Ab ripper from the P90X, its a great ab workout that will flatten your stomach, and quickly! It works so well!!!
  • I don't think you can pick where your body loses weight. No matter what I do, even if I do 1,000,000 crunches, you wont see my nice abs because I have a layer of fat on my belly. Losing fat in general/overall is the only way to really lose belly fat. (in my experience anyway.)

  • The best thing to do for losing fatty weight is just lots of cardio. Running, lots of swimming, anything that requires you to be really active. FI and I go for really long walks 3 times a week, and I run around our entire complex at least 2 times a week. It doesn't happen over night, but it definitely helps a lot when combined with working out in a gym!
