lol no it's actually surgery. I used to joke about getting one all the time because I have a flat tush. They lipo out fat from undesirable places and pump it into your booty to make it more round and shapely.

hahaha no its not surgery- at least not the one I'm talking about.

It's a set of workout videos from some brazilian guy who trains super models.  It looks fun but it's also like $75 bucks so I'm wondering if anyone has tried it and if it's worth it or not

Try to find it on Ebay. I recently bought Insanity, another program from Beach Body. I got it more than 50% off buying it used from someone on Ebay as opposed to buying it directly from Beach Body. And if you try and don't like....resell it on Ebay!  Best of luck!

I did the BBL for a month...followed it EXACTLY, and I didn't see any change or drop any weight. My mom says my butt looks smaller, but I don't know if I can count her opinion! LOL

Regardless, I thought the videos were fun and I am going to add them into my regular routine...I'm just not going to do only BBL.
