Ladies,
I need suggestions/advice...
I have been in such an energy slump lately it's killing me! Yesterday I actually yawned mid-workout as I was sweating ba*ls at which point I said enough is enough!
Here's my deal: I work two jobs (one full-time and one part-time) but I do get at least 8 hours of sleep a night, I eat healthy, I drink tons of water, I take vitamins and I exercise at least four times a week but yet in the last two months I feel SO drained.
I have contacted my doctor and am getting blood tests done just to insure I don't have something actually out of whack in my body I need to address but I wanted to post here to find out what you ladies do for an extra little oomph.
I was just hoping you all might share some ways you keep your energy up or give it a good boost when you're feeling sluggish.
