I started w/ WW back in mid March and to date I've lost 20Ibs, which is AMAZING and I'm so proud of myself.
I need to take my dress in at the beginning of August for my first fitting and I want to lose as much weight as I can (in a healthy way) between now and then.
Any other suggestions that can get me dropping more weight in the next few weeks?
I'm worried that once I get fitted that I wont be able to maintain the weight.
Not so much about gaining, but continuing to lose.
Who have you all maintained a weight from fitting to the big day?
