Morning Shakes?

Hi Everyone,

I am planning on quitting smoking this week and want to find something to sub my morning coffee with (coffee and cigarettes go too well together) to help me quit. I usually eat a healthy breakfast but have a 12 oz sugar free latté on my to work to keep me full for the first few hours I am awake. Does anyone have some good recipes? I don't want a "meal replacement" as I just can't get over the mindset of substituting something to eat for a meal with something to drink. Just a low cal high protein type of snack smoothie to drink on my drive to work.
