Sit-Up Challenge - Friday 6/10

Wow Ladies!  I just finished my week 1 - day 3 set and am kinda impressed.  I never thought I could do 100 crunches in one session.  I must be getting stronger.

Set 1 - 12
Set 2 - 15
Set 3 - 11
Set 4 - 11
Set 5 - 51

How is everyone else faring?  How many are you able to do?  What do you think of the program thus far?
