What are some healthy midnight snacks?? I have been really good about not eating anything after 8 p.m. lately or if I do its something light or I just have a glass of 1% milk. I just started a new job that has me working from 3pm-11pm some nights and the break is supposed to be taken between 6&7 at night so that leaves me with at least 4 hours of nothing.
I'm looking for something to make or buy that I can have at 1130-12am when I get home without feeling horribly guilty about it. The idea for this post came with the guilt of a slice of pizza about 5 mins ago. Now I feel like really full and gross. I should also mention I'm a savory person. So yogurt and things are out of the question at night time.
