I tried searching this on google and I am not getting helpful info.
I can do most arm workouts just fine, but when it comes to a select few, i.e. seated shoulder flys or straight arm shoulder flys, my left shoulder clicks. There's not a pain with this, at least nothing notable- just a little discomfort. But the clicking is disconcerting. Does anyone here know why this would be happening? All I get from google searches is a) arthritis- don't think so, and b) torn rotator cuff- there would be more pain.
Also, should I just continue the workout through the clicks, or back off those ones? I'd rather not skip them, but not at the risk of hurting myself.
