Getting in Shape

How do you cool down after a morning run???

I've realized that the best time for me to consistently run is in the mornings. However, I tend to overheat easily and it seems to take me forever to cool down. After I run I have been taking a cold shower and trying to sit and eat my breakfast, all in an effort to cool down, but I still end up sweating all over again while trying to get dressed and forget being able to put on make up!

Any tips or advice?
