Tuesday Accountability

Good morning...not happy to be back at work today Yell

B- 2 eggs, light english muffin, 1/2 slice cheese, coffee
S- yogurt with grapenuts
L- tomato wrap with grilled chicken, feta, peppers, lettuce, tomato
D- well, seeing how it is going to be 100 degrees out today, something on the grill most likely

E- who knows...still working on getting these invites out....we'll see

    2500 Comments Fifth Anniversary
    Ugh.  It is so gross outside today, I'm not looking forward to the gym, BUT, I have to go, I've been avoiding it too much lately.  I'll just look forward to my cold shower and air conditioned bedroom after!

    B: Iced Chocolate PB Banana shake, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: nectarine and string cheese
    L: spinach salad w/ chicken, red pepper and green onion w/ homemade balsamic ving.
    S: almonds and string cheese (didnt have this yesterday!)
    D: egg wraps

  • Having a horrible allergy day, plus it's supposed to hit 100 today here. Yay...

    B - Special K protein shake, egg white "blossom" - 1/4 c. egg white w/ 1 slice ham, 1 tbsp LF cream cheese, sprinkle of italian seasoning, parmesan cheese and paprika (sort of like an omelet but cooked in the oven in a cupcake pan)
    L - shaved chicken breast on lavash wrap w/ laughing cow, lettuce, spicy mustard, cucumber, & avocado
    S - baby carrots w/ hummus
    D - have to go food shopping after work, leaning towards some type of chicken and salad combo

    E - am pushups, 30 minutes HIIT on treadmill at lunch, possibly NMTZ if my allergies let up after work

  • Good Morning!  Started P90X last night!  Boy that program is no joke I am very sore today but I love it!

    List your meal plan/actual consumption for the day, along with planned or completed exercise.  It's supposed to make you more accountable by writing it down and sharing motivation with others.

    B: homemead flax/oat/whole wheat toast with hard boiled egg
    L: quinoa and leftover veggies.
    D: tbd
    S: string cheese

    E: 30DS.  evening tbd.

  • It definitely FEELS like a Monday here. Holiday eating was actually very good, only had a piece of carrot cake yesterday and a couple cocktails Saturday & Sunday.
    B: oatmeal w/blueberries, coffee & soy milk
    S: carrots & hummus
    L: grilled salmon leftovers & black bean salad
    D: TBD, grocery night

    E: quick mile, 100pushups W1D1, arms & back.

  • Hope everyone had a great (holiday) weekend!

    B - egg and low fat cheddar on whole wheat English muffin, coffee with ff creamer and protein powder
    S - banana, watermelon spears
    L - greek yogurt with honey, dried cranberries and almonds
    S - think thin mini protein bar (new flavor today ohhhhhh)
    D - vegetable curry over brown rice

    E - some kind of walk/run. I did lots of strength with my trainer yesterday AND a 3+ mile hike with some elevation and my hamstrings and glutes are killing me! I might need to take it easy.

  • Holiday weekend + splurge big time! But I was very active this whole weekend, more then a usual weeks so not all is lost.

    S - banana
    B - half WW bagel with LF cream cheese
    S - greek yogurt
    L - small salad and a buffalo chicken wrap with lettuce and tomato
    D - TBD... I have a feeling after taking care of the really really hot horses in the 100 degree heat the only thing I'm going to want is WATER! But probably the one left over slice of veggie pizza in the fridge.

    E - 50 min walk this am - holy hotness!

  • This is my first time doing this so let's see how it goes. :)

    B-low fat cottage cheese and strawberries.
    S-Cherries
    L-a BIG salad with lots of veggies and a low cal vinaigrette.
    D-Not sure yet. :)

    E- Curves in the morning and Yoga/Running at night.

    I've already managed to skip breakfast, probably not the greatest idea. Hopefully with my next post I'll be a little more prepared. :)


  • Hey! I just started planning my wedding and I've been doing weight watchers for a few weeks now. Is it okay if I joing your accountability group? I think it would help if I HAD TO tell people how many points I eat each day haha! Thanks!
