S/O What are you NOT looking forward to?

For me, it's tonight's dinner. "Meet the Parents" style. All my parents in the room with FI's parents... at FI's parents house... stress. All my parents in one room together is bad enough! (I do love FI's parents, it's just everyone together that's wigging me out.)

Going to the dentist next month. *shudder*

My sister want me to commit to P90x with her. Not even doing it together, but seperately since we don't live close and then blogging about it.
I am seriously the laziest person known to man when it comes to working out these days, but I should really do this. I just cringe thinking about getting out of breath and *shudder* sweating. Yes, I truly am that lame-- judge away!

The summer heat finally being here (or on its way - the worst is yet to come). I got so excited about running this spring because it was gorgeous outside and I was lucky enough not to have allergies. But now I'm going to be stuck on the tredmill untill fall. Booo.

Meet the parents dinner...ick! I don't blame you, good luck!

I'm not looking forward to taking defensive driving in the next month or so. Stupid Irving cops and their desperate attempts to bring in revenue.

Stephie, are you not a fan of the dentist? Or have you just not been in a while and you're not looking forward to it?

I avoided the dentist for...(counting in head) probably 6 or 7 years because I hate the dentist that much.

Lacy--I think I'd go a bit crazy. I got really annoyed with H yesterday because he didn't come home from the driving range 'til after 10 and I had been home alone all day. I like alone time, but only a couple hours a day. I hope you at least have a pet to keep you company.

Lacy - I recently spent six months in Nashville for a job and FI stayed here. The longest we had to go without seeing each other was 10 weeks. He had all his friends/family here, but I didn't know anyone there, so I understand how hard that is! I hope you enjoy your weekend together!

Yes, I hate it! It gets so lonely. Thank goodness I have my lil furbabies! Kind of funny...mine is the big dog and his is the lil furball. :)

Aww, what cute dogs! My roommates in Nashville had four (!) dogs and a cat, and they helped a lot when I felt lonely.

Aww, they're cute! My dogs kept me sane when I was home alone a lot last year while I was unemployed. So did the Knot.

What does your FI do? My friend is going through the same thing right now. Her FI just took a new job where he is out of town for 2 weeks, then home for a week, then out of town for 2 weeks and she hates it.

I can't stand when FI comes home late from a soccer game and I have to get in bed alone, I can't imagine if he was gone for 2 weeks or a month. I don't know how military wives do it. I'm not sure I'm that strong..But I guess you would be amazed at the strength you don't know you have sometimes when you don't have a choice.

Thanks yall! Yeah they make me feel pretty safe too because they bark at absolutely any little sound.

LOL the Knot keeps me too busy while I'm AT work! I hope they don't look at my internet usage. Work is really getting in the way of my wedding planning. =)

He works at a refinery and on oil rigs. That will eventually be his schedule too. We just have to get caught up on some bills so he is going to stay a whole month. He's been working in Kansas but on Monday he is going to North Dakota. It's true about the strength you didn't know you had part. He's been doing this since October and it's gotten a little easier over time but I still don't like it.

Ha--my dogs kind of freak me out with their barking at night when I'm alone. They'll rush the front or back door all of a sudden at like 2am when there's nothing there. Scares the crap out of me!

Well I'm sure the time you do get to spend together is that much better! Kiss

At least you have wedding plans to keep you busy. My friend's FI took his new job for the same reason, to help them catch up and save money for a house after their wedding in October. But she's having a really hard time with it. I feel bad, because there's nothing I can do to help.

MINE DO THAT TOO! I can't stand it when they do that!!! Luckily, my dog has a pretty intimidating bark. (that's about it though, the little one is meaner than him!)

NMac2010: Just call and check in on her periodically. It's nice to know that you're not completely alone.

Steph, I go to the dentist every 6 months. I just hate it. I wait to make my appointment until the very last minute!
