Getting in Shape

Help with motivation

Hello Ladies,
I am having a very difficult time getting motivated to work out.  I have changed my diet about a week ago and seem to be doing well, I have done weight watchers in the past and I'm following what I remember from that and am doing pretty well.  My problem is getting motivated to get to the gym.

I work shift work, I'm a police officer, and because of that I'm tired A LOT.  One of my closest friends, a BM, moved about 30 minutes away and won't be traveling back here to go to the gym or to the park we like to run at when it's nice.  She is a nurse so she works midnights mainly.  So working out in the am was great for us.  Now I'm just at a loss, she was my motivation and I was hers.....she admitted to me that she hasn't been getting out either.  I'm not sure what to do because between being tired and just not having the motivation I don't get going. 

I'm thinking about getting the 30 day shred I have seen some of you post about, I'm hoping that will help me out so I don't have to leave the house.....well when I'm not feeling like it.  I have Wii Fit but I don't get much of a workout from that.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.....I'm trying so hard......and want to look better........oh and I have to pass a fitness test every year for work!!  That hasn't become an issue yet, I'm still in enough shape to pass, but would like to shed some pounds!!!!

PS: Oh I know my wedding dress should be motivation but it hasn't helped!!!
