Getting in Shape

No progress!

I've been doing Jillian Michael's 30-Day Shred about every other day and attending 1 fitness class a week (cycling or kick boxing) and cutting slightly back on calories for the past 2 weeks and haven't lost anything. I will admit I've been slipping on the diet part on the weekends, but still doing much better during the week than I ever have before. I feel sore almost daily from the workouts and am feeling stronger everyday, but still not weight loss. I know it's not possible to lose 30 pounds overnight, but I'm just discouraged from the lack of any loss! Shouldn't I be losing something?
