Just thought I'd pass along a little encouragement. Keep up the hard work! You can do it, and you will feel great, and your body will change slowly but surely.
I joined the gym one month ago and focused on eating healthier (whole) foods. I've cut out most of my processed foods, and am eating more fruits and veggies! I've lost 4 pounds, lost inches at my waist, and know that I have more endurance and strength.
Keep up the good work everyone!
