hey ladies! i have been working out for the last 4 months and eating pretty good but have seen NO results. i am taking the plunge to weight watchers to lose 35 pounds by my sept 10 wedding. but i don't know a whole lot about it, and couldnt find much info on their site. so i figured you could help! how exactly does it work? do they tell you what to eat or just give suggestions? is online or in person better? thanks!
