Great Workout Last Night - though I would share!

I did 3 sets, but you can do 2 or more.  I was sweating like a crazy woman and felt awesome after it was done!
DB = dumbell
Goblet = hold it like you would hold a goblet in your palms

1/4 mile run
10 pushups on DB
1/4 mile run
10 DB goblet squats
1/4 mile run
10 (each) alternating bent over DB rows
1/4 mile run
10 (each) alternating goblet lunges

  • This is just what I need! My problem will be getting on the treadmill that many times without having to wait. (Plus, the cardio is downstairs from the weights at my gym.)

    What size DB were you using?

  • Mery - could you do something like this outside?  I'm thinking maybe measuring 1/8 mile and running out and back before doing the weights.  Or maybe running on a track at a local school.  Usually one time around the track would be 1/4 mile.

  • You know another great workout is this,  Vow to be fit!  A brides guide to healthier eating and exercise program.  I started this routine when i was going to the gym three times aweek, now i am only going to the gym twice a week and at home i am doing these exercises.  Believe me you will feel muscles that you havent' felt in a long time!

    look online for Michelle Marie vow to be fit program.  The book has all the illustrations in it and recipes for your eating healthier and exercising.  It is a wonderful program.  This is a personal trainer in Florida and she is also on YOU TUBE, if you want to see here on TV she is there explaining everything. 

    Good Luck on your workout and if you need further assistance get this book for 15.95 at her website.  I really like her workouts, because she takes you to a new level every 4 weeks.
