I did 3 sets, but you can do 2 or more. I was sweating like a crazy woman and felt awesome after it was done!
DB = dumbell
Goblet = hold it like you would hold a goblet in your palms
1/4 mile run
10 pushups on DB
1/4 mile run
10 DB goblet squats
1/4 mile run
10 (each) alternating bent over DB rows
1/4 mile run
10 (each) alternating goblet lunges
