Nutritionist/Dietician

Do any of you know of a good one in the Plano/Frisco/McKinney area?  Even Dallas would be good...

Yep, Cooper Institute has great dieticians, including one who teaches a Nutrition and Menu Planning Class at Collin College, Cindy Kleckner.  I loved her class.

Just a suggestion, but I went to school at TWU and I would try to get a student if you are looking for something inexpensive. They would love to have the experience of a resume. Let me know if you need a contact I still talk to a lot of my old professors.

Also look into a software program call Diet Analysis Pro. I have version 9, but that might not be the newest one. Thats what we used in school and it is super easy to use. You just plug in what you ate (they have eveything- even fast food) and it give you an analysis of what you ate. I am sure you could get a group together to off set the cost of the program.

Thanks ladies!  Great ideas!  Yea...I am definitely looking for something more on the inexpensive side.
