im embarassed to say that i just cant get motivated. i had our daughter 5 months ago, and with the post baby body, birth control, and snacking on junk the pounds just keep piling on... i need them to start falling off instead.. but between dirty diapers, bottles, and cleaning house i just cant seem to find the time or energy to work out and get back down to where i should be before our august wedding... what can i do??
