does anyone know if you can tighten your skin back up after weight loss by doing anything, or does it just take time? if it just takes time, HOW MUCH LONGER????????????

i can feel the muscle and it feels so close to my skin on my belly but i just have a lot of extra skin on top, same with my arms. My legs toned up nice and i dont have extra skin.

Hmmm...i can kind of relate to you. The stomach area is really tough and my big struggle although im not overweight, etc. I think repetition over time will cure all.

I'm pretty sure you just have to be patient. Skin shold tighten naturally, but you can buy some cream to help aid you through the process. Id say probably a couple months to years. Just being honest. What is bothering you?

i wasnt too out of shape, but i lost about 20 pounds and i feel like my belly is a little flabby

Well I wanted to get rid of cellulite and so today I started using the Nivea Gel and syrum stuff that got great reviews everywhere I've read them.  People say it has helped with appearance of stretch marks, tightening and cellulite.  I don't think it gets rid of these things but I think it might work to help with the appearance of them until you actually did tighten up your skin.

The skin issue really depends on a lot of factors like age, amount of weight loss.and how you lost the weight and how long you were overweight. I lost 120 pounds in a years period but had been overweight for 2 years.  I exercise and drink LOTS of water.  I use really lotion everyday and followed every rule..but my skin just never was the same.  People who drop a lot of weight really really fast have a tendancy to have a lot more skin.  People who lose weight in their 20's skin tends to bounce back better than if they lost it in their 40's.  It really just all depends on the person and the factors involved.
