Wednesday Accountability

Morning.

B- lean pocket (running late to work)
S- chobani
L- smart one
S- apple, almonds
D- another smart one
S- sugar free ice pop

E- gym, didn't make it last night I got out of work an hour late. Hopefully doesn't happen again.

    L- Turkey snadwich, carrots, rice cakes
    S- Strawberry Chobani Yogurt
    D- Protain shake before spin class after spin class Healthy Choice Steamer

    E- 45 mins spin class

  • B: Waffle with nutella, flax seed and strawberries.
    S/PW: raspberry banana peach protein smoothie
    L: Tuscan chicken salad
    S:  Almonds
    D: TBD  Wednesdays are weird with my work schedule and it's too easy to skip dinner so hopefully I'll come up with something


    E: 30 minutes of cardio +strength training.

  • B - 2 slices of peanut butter toast
    S - banana
    L - Not so healthy salad with buffalo chicken, egg, parmesan, and sour cream
    S - popcorn
    D - corn tortilla pizza
    S - apple

    E - walking an hour on incline, running 20 minutes
  • stayed home from work today -- feeling awful :(

    B - whole grain mini bagel and mixed berry fruit spread
    S - laughing cow
    L - some kind of soup, banana
    S - grapes
    D - was going to have a super unhealthy bacon and jalapeno quiche but now I'm not sure.  certainly sounds delicious though

    E - doubt it :/

    D: Left over chicken parm that I had for dinner instead of soup, and some side idk??


    E: I think I will hit up the gym for the first time in months since while working out in my apt is wayyyy to easy to find something else to do :\\

    D- very unhealthy general tso's chicken and fried rice

    E- spent my gym time in a basement because of tornadoes in the StL area, did some crunches and squats tonight though
