Great Fiber advice

So I have decided to up my fiber intake(even though I think I already get plenty) so I bought some Benfiber to add to milk/oatmeal/etc.  And I have been trying to drink plenty of water.  Well after two weeks I have lost an inch off my wait.  It really keeps your belly feeling flat and you feel better being really "regular" and flushing everything out with water.  So try it..it will make you feel better and its good for you!  Most people don't get half the fiber that they need :)
