That I was sick for the past week so I couldn't work out (the most beneficial workouts are ones that raise your heart and with a lung condition that does not let me do that when I'm sick.. or just like when anyone is sick) and yet, I lost weight (like many people do when sick) and I'm actually really happy about it? I mean, yes, I am totally aware that I could gain the weight once I'm feeling better and whatnot but can't I just feel victorious (after feeling crappy)??
