S- 100 calorie cinnamon almond packet
L- WW bread with natural PB & sugar free jelly
S- Fiber bar
D- TBD. going to make final payment at venue tonight, so maybe get something to eat around there. most likely a salad...

E. 30 min w/ personal trainer...9 days to go!!!!
