So I am now on week 4 of Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30.
Wow... wtf just happened? My body hurts so bad, but in the good wow I accomplished something today.
I am still using this as a supplement- I run T/TH/Sat/Sun and weights M/F. That worked fine for week 1 and 2 and even part of week 3. Week 4 is a new animal and very challenging. I really like this workout series and it is her best by far.
So I am giving this series an A I have noticed the difference in my thighs and arms also some of my stomach. So I am finishing this week out and will probably keep doing week 3 and 4.
